Independent standards and testing that help you know what’s in our products - and what’s not.
Because trust should be verifiable
When a product sits against your skin for hours at a time, “trust us” isn't enough.
That's why we use independent certification and testing to verify specific things about our products - from the materials used and how they are sourced, to skin compatibility and compostability.
Each certification has its own purpose and requirements. We don't treat them as a badge for the whole brand. We use them to answer specific questions about specific products.
Because the more you can check for yourself, the less you have to take on trust.
Made with skin in mind
Our products are made for some of the most sensitive skin there is - from newborns to intimate care.
That's why skin safety is tested independently across our range. OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 tests materials against more than 1,000 potentially harmful substances. Dermatest® assesses skin compatibility, including testing on sensitive skin, while Hyposense testing focuses specifically on sensitive-skin tolerance.
Different tests answer different questions. Together, they give you more information about the products you put on your skin.
Less guesswork and more testing you can look up.
What our certifications can tell you about materials
“Plant-based”, “organic” and “compostable” don't mean the same thing. And one certification can't tell you all three.
That's why we work with different standards for different materials and products.
DIN CERTCO Biobased verifies the biobased content of specified materials. FSC® certification applies to fibres sourced from responsibly managed forests. GOTS certifies the organic cotton used in our tampons. And selected Naty wipes, packaging and bags carry TÜV AUSTRIA certifications for compostability.
The important part is the detail: certification applies to the product, material or component covered by the relevant standard — not automatically to everything we make.
We think that's how certification should work: specific, transparent and easy to understand.
The standards behind Naty
There isn't one certification that can tell you everything about a hygiene product. That's why Naty works with a range of independent standards and testing organisations.

- OK Compost Home & Industrial (TÜV Austria) – Certifies our wipes, wraps, and disposal bags
- OK Biodegradable Water – Verifies our flushable wipes break down safely in water
- Vegan Certified – Confirms all products are cruelty-free and contain no animal ingredients
- Seedling (EN 13432) – Confirms fem care packaging/wrappers/barrier film are compostable under industrial conditions
