By using the site and/or registering on the site, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
WEBSITE is only intended for use by companies or organizations. We reserve the right to reject your order if we reasonably think that you are buying our products for personal or other purposes.

WEBSITE is only intended for use by approved users with completed customer applications (further referred to as APPLICATION). We are unable to accept orders from guest users. If you wish to make an application, the application form can be found here.

Your provided information will only be used in order to fulfil the undertakings Eco by Naty have and to assure you the best possible service. We will not let a third party see or use your personal details without your prior consent. Eco by Naty assumes responsibility for all personal and business information that you make available to us and does not pass on any information to a third party under any circumstances. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
WEBSITE offers you the possibility to order products, services and register to marketing activities such as newsletters. In order to do this, we will request information required for completing the desired activity.
Requested information will include business information, personal data such as your name, shipping information, email address and telephone number.
Eco by Naty also collects certain information about your operating system and browser, the information can include IP address, browser type, number of visits, popular searches, domain names and referring sites in order to increase the level of service to you when visiting the website. Eco by Naty is collecting and using the collected data in order to operate WEBSITE and deliver the services that you have requested. PRICES AND CHARGES
All prices displayed on WEBSITE exclude country specific Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude shipping fees. The shipping fee (if any shipping fee charged) will be added to the order in the checkout step.
A MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) of €500/$500/5000 SEK is applied on WEBSITE, meaning the order value needs to exceed €500/$500/5000 SEK to be processed. The customer is partly responsible for shipping fees for orders between €500/$500/5000 SEK and €1000/$1000/10000 SEK.
Product prices and shipping charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a dispatch confirmation email.
DISCOUNT AND OFFERS
For orders over €3000/$3000/30000 SEK a volume discount of 3% as well as free shipping applies to the order.
Orders exceeding €1000/$1000/10000 SEK, including offers and discounts, will receive free shipping from our warehouse to the provided shipping address provided in the APPLICATION.
We may run special offers and/or discounts on our WEBSITE from time to time at our discretion. We reserve the right to terminate any special offer or discount at any time without notice (but this will not affect any orders that we have already accepted).
All promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
ORDERING
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Select desired product(s) to purchase. Then choose size and color (if different sizes or colors are possible for the specific product) and click "add to cart". Before proceeding to check out, you can review your order (including total price exclusive of VAT) and make changes if needed.
To complete your order, continue to checkout. Complete your order with choosing billing, delivery and payment information. When you have placed your order - you will get an order confirmation sent to the e-mail provided. Your order will be delivered to the address provided in your APPLICATION. Please note that billing and delivery address must be in the same country.
To view previous orders, please enter "My Account" and click on the link "My Orders". You will find any previous orders listed under this view. To view a specific order, select it from the list and click "View Order". Here you also the possibility to re-order a previous order.
PAYMENT
All orders need to be paid before they are sent. It is not possible to order with invoice on WEBSITE.
You will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
Pay securely and easily with your credit card or make a bank transfer using our leading online payment service provider Adyen. Adyen has achieved PCI certification and devotes its efforts to constantly enhancing its security solutions. All recognized credit cards are accepted.
It is not possible to order with invoices as payment method on WEBSITE.
CLAIMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item which you want to claim, please contact us on http://support.naty.com/ and we will sort it out for you. Defective or damaged items will be either replaced or credited back to your credit/debit card/payment option. For accepted claims, Naty is responsible for all additional costs.
UPDATING ACCOUNT INFORMATION
If you would like to change your password or edit your account information, please click "Account information" while signed in to view or edit information. All changes to an account will need to be verified by the site owner before taking effect.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Products, if available in stock, will be shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday) from receipt of your order. We cannot always guarantee that we will meet these times during peak periods or due to factors beyond our reasonable control. Deliveries take place on weekdays between 8-17. Please note that you will not receive a tracking number for your order.
For Naty customers the DAP - Delivered At Place - applies. This means seller pays for carriage to the named place, except for costs related to import clearance, and assumes all risks prior to the point that the goods are ready for unloading by the buyer.
All orders are delivered on pallet/s using LTL freight forwarders best suited for each destination country. Delivery time of 3-7 days is provided as guidelines only. Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
We will ship your order to the address provided in your application. If you wish to make changes to your application, these changes will take place once Naty has approved the change request. It is not possible to change your shipping address for an order after it has been placed.
SHIPPING FEES
For orders between €500/$500/5000 SEK and €1000/$1000/10000 SEK the delivery cost is partially paid by the buyer.
Free shipping applies to orders over €1000/$1000/10000 SEK. On orders over €3000/$3000/30000 SEK a volume discount of 3% is applied as well as free delivery of the order.

Cancellation and Returns
Orders placed on the Eco by Naty Business to Business website are final, meaning it is not possible to cancel or change an order after it has been placed, or returned after the order has been shipped out.
If orders are not accepted on the first delivery attempt, a second delivery attempt will be made by the forwarder the following weekday. If your order is accepted upon second delivery attempt the fee for the second delivery will be charged to you through PayPal for immediate payment.
If orders are returned to Naty as undeliverable after the second delivery attempt you will be issued a refund (excluding all Naty's shipping costs, including but not limited to: initial freight cost, second delivery fee and returns freight cost). This also includes orders that have received free shipping.
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable are not able to be re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our website.
If you suspect that your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 30 days from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
